Return & Refund Policy

Most eligible products purchased directly from wonerso.com may be returned within 30 calendar days after the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

This policy explains return eligibility, shipping responsibility, return procedures, product-condition requirements, and refund timing.

Return Window

A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

After written authorization is issued, the product must normally be shipped within 10 calendar days.

Requests or shipments outside these periods may be declined unless required by law or covered by a specific written product warranty.

General Return Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must generally be:

  • Purchased directly from wonerso.com
  • Unused or only reasonably inspected
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and hardware
  • Free from damage caused by misuse, assembly, installation, or modification
  • Safely packaged for return transportation
  • Returned to the authorized address with return-authorization information

Opening ordinary packaging to inspect a product does not automatically make it ineligible.

Hygiene items, installed products, assembled products, and direct-body-contact products may have additional restrictions.

Accepted Return Reasons

Product or Fulfillment Issues

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was sent
  • Required parts were missing
  • A verified manufacturing defect exists
  • The product materially differed from the listing

Customer-Preference Reasons

  • The customer changed their mind
  • The wrong size, model, or compatibility was selected
  • The product no longer meets the customer’s preference or need

Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete, or Defective Products

For a suspected defect discovered later within the return period, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and package
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A short video when operation or stability is involved

Do not discard the product or packaging until instructed.

Depending on the verified issue, we may provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement product
  • Prepaid return shipping
  • Repair support
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Another appropriate remedy

Contact Customer Service Before Returning Any Product

Please contact our customer-service team before returning an item. We will provide the correct return address, return-authorization details, and any applicable packaging or shipping instructions.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

Wonerso Living Normally Pays When:

  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product arrived damaged
  • Required parts were missing
  • A verified manufacturing defect exists
  • A material listing or fulfillment error occurred

The Customer Normally Pays When:

  • The customer changed their mind
  • Incorrect measurements were taken
  • The wrong size or model was selected
  • The customer no longer needs the product
  • The return is based on preference
  • The reason is unrelated to a verified defect or fulfillment error

Original Shipping Charges

Original standard and expedited shipping charges are normally non-refundable for customer-preference returns.

Original standard shipping may be refunded when the return resulted from a verified Wonerso Living error.

Restocking Fees

We do not normally charge a restocking fee for eligible standard-sized products returned unused, complete, and in original condition.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved oversized, freight-delivered, assembled, or substantially repackaged customer-preference returns.

Any fee will be disclosed before the customer ships the authorized return.

No restocking fee applies to a verified defect, shipping damage, incorrect item, or fulfillment error.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

Assembled or Installed Products

An assembled product may be eligible when it has not been used, permanently installed, altered, or damaged; it can be safely disassembled; and all parts remain complete and resalable.

Products that have been drilled, cut, glued, painted, permanently mounted, modified, or damaged during installation or removal are generally not eligible for a customer-preference return.

A genuine defect may still qualify for an appropriate remedy.

Hygiene and Personal-Care Products

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products may be returned only when unopened, unused, and with the hygiene seal intact:

  • Toilet-related products
  • Raised toilet seats
  • Bedside commodes
  • Incontinence products
  • Care pads
  • Mattress protectors
  • Personal washing tools
  • Other direct-body-contact items

This restriction does not prevent a customer from reporting shipping damage, an incorrect product, missing parts, or a verified defect.

Electronic and Connected Products

Before returning an eligible electronic or connected product:

  • Remove personal data
  • Disconnect accounts and applications
  • Disable activation locks
  • Complete a factory reset when possible
  • Include all cables, adapters, sensors, mounting parts, and accessories

Bundles and Kits

Products sold as a bundle or kit should normally be returned as a complete set.

If a partial return is approved, the refund may be recalculated using the price of the items retained and the promotional terms that applied to the order.

Final-Sale Products

A product is final sale only when the product page and checkout clearly identify it as final sale before purchase.

Final-sale status does not remove rights concerning verified defects, damage, incorrect items, or rights that cannot legally be waived.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email service@wonerso.com with the subject “Return Request - Order [order number].”
  2. Include your full name, order number, product, quantity, reason, product condition, and whether it was opened, assembled, installed, or used.
  3. Attach relevant photographs or video when applicable.
  4. Wait for written authorization, the correct return address, packaging instructions, and any disclosed return cost or restocking fee.
  5. Ship the product securely and retain the carrier receipt and tracking number.

Inspection and Refund Approval

Returned products are usually inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt. We may verify:

  • Product identity
  • Condition and completeness
  • Signs of use
  • Hygiene status
  • Damage or modification
  • The stated return reason

Return authorization does not guarantee a refund before inspection.

We will notify the customer if the refund is approved, adjusted, or declined and explain material deductions when reasonably possible.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days after approval.

The bank, card issuer, PayPal, or wallet provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Refunds normally cannot be redirected to another card, account, person, or payment method.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for customer-preference returns.

The usual process is to return the eligible original product and place a new order.

Replacement products or parts may be provided for verified damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing components.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. Once shipped, an order must follow this Return & Refund Policy.

Purchases From Other Sellers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through wonerso.com.

Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace must be handled through the original seller.
