We provide both standard and free shipping options. Our system automatically selects the most suitable carrier based on destination, product dimensions, weight, and other relevant criteria.
Please note: Orders addressed to PO Box locations are subject to carrier restrictions. If a selected shipping method does not support delivery to a PO Box, the order will be flagged for manual review, and our support team will contact you to update the address or process a cancellation.

The overall delivery timeframe combines both order processing and transit periods. With processing taking 2–5 business days and shipping requiring 7–15 business days, you can generally expect to receive your order within 9–20 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping costs
We will charge the shipping fee according to the total amount of your order. When the total amount of the order is less than $99, customers need to pay $7.99 shipping fee for standard shipping method, and when the total amount of the order is more than or equal to $99, customers need to pay no shipping fee for free shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you can track the status of your order shipment yourself. After your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you that your package has shipped and providing you with an order tracking number.
